Before Phantom Auto, Nils was the Vice President of Customer Experience at Canvas Technology, a leading warehouse autonomous robotics startup that was acquired by Amazon in 2019. At Amazon, Nils led the Canvas Customer Operations teams, including product management for all remote support tools and interfaces. Nils has over 15 years of experience leading Operations teams across four continents. Nils acts as an advisor to technology startups.
